The event is part of a series of events to benefit Oceana that have been held annually in the Los Angeles area and is attended by hundreds of guests from the entertainment, business, and philanthropic communities.

Started in 1994 by American Oceans Campaign (which merged with Oceana in 2002), these events features individuals who have a personal commitment to the cause of protecting our oceans.

This year’s event, called A Concert for Our Oceans, will feature Seth MacFarlane as Master of Cermonies and will feature music from Seth and the Blue Oceans Orchestra (along with other guests). The event will be held at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts in  Beverly Hills and will take place on September 28, 2015.
