Iiro Rantala, Peter Erskine and Lars Danielsson, Helsinki-Finland

Finland’s best-known jazz pianist teams up with the great Lars Danielsson on bass, and I’ll be playing drums to round out the trio. This will be my 1st time playing the Koko Jazz Club, 2nd time playing with Iiro, and a welcome return to playing with Lars (we’ve made several recordings and tours together over the years). This gig will also function as the opening event for the Finland Jazz festival that is hosting the European Jazz Conference.
